Let's get positive!!!
Here's a tip: Before you go to bed, end your night in the most positive way possible. Smile, laugh, think of something great in your life, anything. Go to sleep with a smile and you'll wake up feeling positive, optimistic, and all-around content. I know life is more complicated than this, but try it. It really works. If you go to sleep miserable, that's exactly how you'll wake up.
